These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Echo Sleep mobile application ("App") operated by Echo Sleep ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What Echo Sleep Does

Echo Sleep is a minimal white noise and sleep sounds application designed to help you:

• Play high-quality sleep sounds and white noise
• Set sleep timers for automatic sound fade-out
• Enjoy gapless audio loops for uninterrupted sleep
• Access all features offline without internet connection
• Experience a dark-mode interface optimized for bedtime use

App License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Enjoy all features included in your app download

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties

• Extract audio files for use outside the App

Intellectual Property

All content in Echo Sleep, including but not limited to:

• Audio recordings and sound compositions
• Software code and algorithms
• User interface design and graphics
• App name, logo, and branding

...is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

The audio content is licensed for personal listening within the App only. You may not extract, copy, or redistribute any audio files.

App Store Terms

Your download and use of Echo Sleep is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App:

• Apple App Store: Apple's Terms of Service and Usage Rules
• Google Play Store: Google Play Terms of Service and Developer Policy

In case of conflict between these Terms and app store terms, the app store terms take precedence for app store-related matters.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes:
